Golan is plucked out of the rut of yuppie living when he meets his best friend's provocative and uninhibited sister in this lively cinematic adaptation of the cult Israeli novel of the same name. The author, Ilan Heitner, published the book independently after not finding a publisher. A similar thing happened with the film version, which he wrote and directed on the lowest of budgets. |
